Beginning in Spring 2009 Semester, students will be able to rent a bike from ORGT at affordable rates for periods of weeks, months or semesters.  SOS members are working to set up this program by painting and repairing about 35 bikes (of 70 total) that were donated by GT Housing.  This would not be possible without the generous support of Auxiliary Services BuzzFunds, Parking & Transportation, ORGT, Housing and all of our wonderful volunteers!  If you are interested in helping to clean, paint and repair bikes or volunteer in some other manner in preparation for the program launch this spring, please contact Mike Selik, our Project Manager.  Volunteers will be allowed to assemble their own bike from frames and parts not used for the rental program based on their individual contribution to the program.
